Stage 1
Agreement signed
The partnership officially begins with the signing of an agreement between Axioris and the client. This contractual document is essential to frame our support and clearly define the terms for monetizing your Energy Savings Certificates.
Commitment to the operation
The client formalizes the commitment to their energy renovation work by signing the reference contractual documents, such as the quote, the Service Order (SO) or the Work Order, thus marking the operational launch of the project.

Stage 3
Invoice retrieval
At the end of the project, Axioris collects proof of completion such as the final invoice or the acceptance report. Our experts then meticulously verify the presence of all the technical and administrative information required by current regulations.
Issuance of the Declaration of Honor
Axioris handles the preparation of the Declaration of Honour (AH). This regulatory document is sent to you for signature by the beneficiary and the professional, before being returned to us to finalize the file.

Deposit at the PNCEE
Once the complete and compliant file has been verified by us, Axioris ensures its submission to the National Center (PNCEE). The administrative process then proceeds, with validation of the file generally obtained within two months.
Payment of the CEE premium
As soon as the application is officially approved by the government services, Axioris triggers the payment of the Energy Savings Certificate (CEE) bonus. Payment is made as quickly as possible, thus financially rewarding the energy savings achieved during the project.
